Live to Latin America!

SFL teamed up with Brandstar Studios in Pompano Beach, Florida to virtually broadcast BlueStar Latin America’s “Tech Summit 2021” to a global audience of manufacturers and distributors.

Over 4 days, BlueStar Latin America’s Marketing Executive, Michele Olivera, programmed a live “TV style” event for her audience and sponsor partners to attend and interact with; while virtually making their way within and around the Vfairs Virtual Trade Show platform. The event included heavy use of Vmix remote calls, from around Latin America, so that experts and guest callers could share ideas and information in real-time, with segment hosts presenting on sound-stages from Pompano Beach, Florida and Mexico City, Mexico.

Remote guests were brought to the show from around Latin America using Vmix.

Enjoying what you do career-wise is probably one of the best gifts you can receive. Sometimes the road less traveled is filled with pitfalls, emotional lows and the equivalent highs, but it's a road that truly is unique to the traveler taking the steps.

I feel this way about my own video & TV career, the more I do, the longer I've been at it, the better things seem to get. And that truly is a gift. But the gift comes with a price. It's how you share the cost, and how you pass on the dividends that really matters.

One of the primary reasons the gift of an enjoyable career has blossomed for me is that I get to share what I've learned with the next wave of guys and girls coming up in the world of the visual and communication arts. And by helping them through many of the challenges they face, giving them a nudge in this or that direction, pays off in many ways. For us as a company it pays off by developing young professionals who bring new vision, passion and style to each assignment. For them, they learn techniques and processes that have stood the test of time, and in many cases fall through the cracks at colleges or trade schools they've come up through. 

My crew gets younger as I get older, and it's funny how that works to the benefit of clients. My company has been producing visual media for companies like yours for a long time. And although the technology changes, the styles change, the distribution platforms evolve..., there is one set of things that stay the same.

Relationships and trust is key, listening is an art, and grinding out the work is not always fun, but it's a requirement that the time and effort put into the story will make the difference between good and great. Media is made up of many components, audio files, video files, graphic files, text files.., it's how they are shaped that make the story connect.

We hope to connect with you on a future endeavor, but until then, enjoy your own journey, and if you're not... veer off that path a little bit, you never know what that new path is going to unveil... maybe a gift or two.

One of our clients is a franchisee of Five Guys, the burgers and fries sensation sweeping the globe. The corporate company has franchisees in 23 countries and has more than 1400 stores in their world-wide system. Our client has stores in 3 counties here in South Florida and asked us to help them keep their “prepared fresh daily” theme and their company culture that includes a commitment to quality service and the highest standards for menu items top-of-mind for their customers.

For them, it’s a 7 day a week, 15 to 20 hour a day passion, for us it’s about capturing a bit of everything they do to engage customers, whether a fundraiser, a staff profile or special promotions; it’s all part of the mix. We love that they give us the freedom to explore the creative possibilities and love seeing the reactions we get on line to fresh content that we produce daily.

One of our favorite tasks as multimedia producers is meeting companies at various stages of their business cycles. Helping them share their stories, while shining a spotlight on their allocated service or product is quite an honor. Getting behind-the-scenes peeks into corporate cultures, styles, and business process is fascinating.

 

This past quarter we helped launch a fresh new look for a company in Las Vegas, Nevada that specializes in providing Certified Project Management Professionals to both municipal and private organizations. Their website, www.FialaPR.com , has recently been launched, their new video is in the works, and their position in the Southwest U.S. is now rapidly growing. Exciting!

Promoting oneself or one’s company is tricky business. We all have a story to share and things that we’re proud of, but we never want to come across as… bragging. It’s a fine line, and South Florida Media Group knows how to tow it. We are successful at creating visual media that tells business stories which motivate, inspire, and impart valuable life lessons.

This is exactly what we are now doing for Scott C. from For Ever Green Landscape Services. Scott has entrusted us with his new initiative (which involves website development, video and audio production, and social media). He is an example of a business leader whose resilience and determination not only helped him create and build a successful company, but also, now enable him to share his influence and great success with others.

Scott is an outgoing, very personable man with a large staff that he likes to share the spotlight with. His Lake Worth, Fl business provides landscaping, design, and maintenance services to Home Owners Associations and Commercial Property Management properties throughout South Florida.

Scott’s interest in his business began developing when he was just a teenager, cutting neighborhood lawns. Even back then, he saw that a little bit of maintenance really enhanced the appearance of a property, and just made people feel better about where they lived. While today, Scott’s business has exploded and employs a full staff of technicians who make his clients’ properties immaculate, Scott also has a desire to help other parts of his community. So, in addition to servicing his loyal clients, he also donates his resources to maintain properties for his local YMCA and JCC, and provides a helping hand to less fortunate youth in his area.

The focus of our messaging will be to balance both aspects of For Ever Green’s mission, while providing a call to action to enhance Scott’s professional and personal goals. Shooting the founder on green screen at 4k will preserve our ability to brand his messaging in a way consistent with the look and feel of our social media efforts.
